"Amazing agency with tremendous personal service -- our family has used them for several years and we have gotten to know both Kim and Debbie. First, they are always there to answer the phone or email and work with you on your coverages. Very knowledgeable in making sure you understand what coverages you have and need. But most importantly when we had a claim the agents in the office were of huge assistance in getting things processed. So much better than calling a 1-800 number and talking to a different person everytime. The kind of personal support from a big company that rarely exists."
